Opened or used items may be eligible for exchange or store credit depending on condition

Exchangeable within 14 days of purchase, prior to installation

Must be:
In brand new condition
Uninstalled
In original box and packaging

Installed or signed-for items are final sale

💸 Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee may apply to large appliance returns unless the return is due to our error or a product defect
